Role Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative development across digital, social, print, packaging, and brand projects. This role blends hands-on design excellence with strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and team mentorship. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and production teams to deliver visually compelling, on-brand assets that strengthen our identity and elevate campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design execution across web, social media, digital marketing, print, packaging, retail, and OOH assets.
- Develop cohesive brand systems and elevate visual identity across all communication channels.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, emailers, UI assets, ads, and key visuals.
- Guide and mentor junior designers; provide feedback, reviews, and creative direction to strengthen team output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and production teams to translate strategic objectives into high-impact design.
- Provide art direction for photoshoots, video shoots, and multimedia content.
- Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and new technologies to infuse innovation and efficiency into the creative workflow.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or digital-first brands.
- Expert proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CorelDRAW
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design, brand systems, and concept-to-execution capabilities.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas confidently.
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT prompts).
- Prior experience working in digital agencies, production studios, or consumer brands.
- Understanding of user-centered design and responsive layouts for web and email.
