We are looking for a Graphic Designer with prior agency experience who can translate creative ideas into strong visual executions. The ideal candidate has a good design sensibility, understands brand consistency, and can work across multiple clients and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing collaterals
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, content writers, and social media teams
- Create layouts, visual systems, and templates for ongoing brand use
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency setup
Required Skills & Experience
- 14 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative agency
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital-first platforms, especially social media
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands
