About the Role

Champak - Delhi Press is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience across print, publishing, digital, social media, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design children's books, magazines, activity books, covers, layouts, and educational publications.
• Create digital and social media creatives for campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
• Develop designs for merchandise, packaging, promotional materials, and marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging layouts, illustrations, typography, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with editorial, content, marketing, and merchandising teams.
• Prepare print-ready and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field – Mandatory. Masters from abroad university is plus
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio covering print and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, print production, and digital design.

Preferred

Experience in children's publishing, educational content, social media, merchandising, packaging, magazines, or book design will be preferred.

Portfolio is mandatory.
