We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who speaks the language of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite fluently and isn't afraid to push creative boundaries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution for digital and print campaigns—social ads, landing pages, packaging, and promotional collateral.
- Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into pixel-perfect, on-brand visuals using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product teams to align creative assets with campaign goals and audience psychology.
- Optimize visuals for performance across platforms—ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and A/B test-ready variations.
- Mentor junior designers, conduct creative reviews, and elevate team output through feedback and process refinement.
- Stay ahead of design trends and platform specs (Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, Google Ads) to maintain visual freshness and platform compliance.
