Bluethread Brands is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can build high-converting creatives without compromising on brand quality.
If you understand how to balance aesthetics + performance, think in hooks, and can iterate fast based on results we should talk.
What you'll own
- Performance ad creatives for Meta/Google: statics + motion-first concepts
- Creative direction for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops
- Website & product creatives: banners, PDP graphics, story highlights, thumbnails
- Rapid iteration pipeline: create test learn improve
- Collaborate with marketing + founders to translate insights into creatives
What we're looking for
- 47+ years of strong design experience (D2C/ecom preferred)
- A portfolio that shows ads that sell (not just pretty work)
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort with multiple styles (premium / minimal / bold / trendy)
- Speed + clarity: you can deliver fast without losing quality
- Tools: Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma (+ After Effects/Premiere is a bonus)
Bonus points
- You've worked with growth teams and understand CTR/CPA/CVR language
- You can lead a junior designer or coordinate with freelancers
- You've built a repeatable creative system/library
