Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 7+ years of mastery in digital, print, UI/UX, and branding design. The ideal candidate will lead creative conceptualization, manage design workflows, and deliver high-impact visual communication aligned with BJS's mission. This role requires strong creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing a wide range of communication assets including posters, presentations, brochures, reports, infographics, and other visual artifacts.
- Developing digital content tailored for social media, web platforms, and print media with high-quality output across formats.
- UI/UX and website designingwireframes, layouts, prototypes, and user-centered digital experiences.
- Branding and visual identity creation in line with organizational goals and campaign needs.
- Conceptualizing and creating design language for specific projects, initiatives, and large-scale campaigns.
- Team management, including guiding junior designers, planning workloads, ensuring quality control, and driving design excellence across projects.
Must-Haves:
- Tools Expertise:
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and UI/UX tools.
- Portfolio Quality:
- Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing advanced design, conceptualization, branding, and UI/UX capabilities.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Ability to independently evaluate requirements, make design decisions, troubleshoot creative challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to understand briefs, present concepts, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Extended Working & Stretch Delivery:
- Flexibility to work extended hours during high-priority projects, events, campaign launches, or urgent deliverables.
