Job Requirements

We are seeking a SeniorGraphic Designer with a strong creative flair and a passion for impactful design to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and enhance our communication across various platforms. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, you'll contribute to the execution of design solutions for a wide range of initiatives.

The Job

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts that effectively convey the brand's mission and core message.
  • Design high-quality visual content tailored for various platforms, including digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and visually impactful designs across all touchpoints.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and creative projects.
  • Produce original designs, illustrations, and layouts that align seamlessly with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
  • Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand's visuals innovative and relevant.

The ideal candidate

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally from designstudios or branding agencies.
  • Experience in mainlineadvertising is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience contributing to creative projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with a passion for creating high-quality, innovative designs.
