Alluring Monks is a creative marketing agency working with brands across industries and markets. We are growing fast and are now looking for a Graphic Designer who understands agency life, tight deadlines, and the responsibility of handling multiple brands at the same time.
This role is for someone who already knows the work. We are not looking for beginners or people experimenting. We need a designer who can step in immediately and deliver from day one.
What you will work on
- Designing creatives for social media posts, reels, ads, and campaigns
- Creating performance marketing creatives for Meta and Google Ads
- Working on branding assets, visual identities, and content layouts
- Designing for different industries while maintaining brand consistency
- Preparing creatives for e-commerce brands, product promotions, and campaigns
- Collaborating closely with content managers and performance marketers
- Adapting designs quickly based on campaign performance and feedback
- Managing multiple client requirements and meeting strict timelines
What you must know
- Strong experience working in a marketing or creative agency
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory
- Good working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion creatives
- Experience using Canva and CapCut for quick social media edits
- Understanding of social media formats, reels, and short video creatives
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colors, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design creatives that are not just visually good but also marketing focused
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of agency experience as a graphic designer
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across brands and industries
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Clear communication and openness to feedback
- Discipline with deadlines and ownership of deliverables
- Immediate availability. Notice period candidates kindly excuse
Compensation
Salary range is 25,000 to 30,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio.
