The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, skilled in AI prompting for creative visuals, and experienced in designing engaging social media content. Key Responsibilities:

* Packaging & Artwork Design: Create visually compelling packaging and product artwork that aligns with brand guidelines.

* Illustrator Expertise: Develop high-quality mockups and print-ready designs.

* AI-Powered Creativity: Utilize AI tools (such as MidJourney, DALLE, or Photoshop's AI features) to generate and enhance artwork concepts.

* Social Media Content: Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional campaigns.

* Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs reflect the brand's visual identity and messaging.

* Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

* Experience in packaging design and print production.

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

* Familiarity with AI-generated design tools (MidJourney, DALLE, or similar).

* Ability to create engaging social media graphics and digital marketing materials.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* A portfolio showcasing packaging designs, artwork, and social media creatives.

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience with motion graphics or basic animation.

* Knowledge of 3D mockup tools for packaging visualization.

* Prior experience in a consumer goods, beauty, or wellness brand is a plus.
