Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Visualizer (Senior Graphic Designer) who thrives on ideationdriven creatives and sees design as a problemsolving tool, not just a visual task. At 8 Views, you will partner with the creative and performance teams to translate briefs into sharp, platformfirst visual ideas that align with brand goals and business outcomes.

Your role will balance strong conceptual thinking, technical craft, and collaboration, ensuring that every visual output is both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client briefs and brand strategies into strong visual concepts and campaign ideas for digital, social, and offline media.
- Create high-quality creatives for performance campaigns, social media, display ads, landing pages, emailers, and occasional print/OOH as required.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based design tools to enhance ideation, speed, and output quality while maintaining originality and brand consistency.
- Work closely with copywriters, art directors, performance marketers, and account managers to develop integrated campaign assets that are both creative and results-driven.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a consistent visual language, and deliver a seamless brand experience across platforms.
- Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery, including versioning, adaptations, and last-mile refinements.
- Proactively explore and experiment with new visual styles, formats, and trends relevant to digital-first brands (social-first layouts, thumb-stopping creatives, motion-first thinking, etc.).
- Review and refine your own work critically, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, strong typography, hierarchy, and composition.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, present visual routes to internal stakeholders, and clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
- Where required, guide and mentor junior designers/visualizers, providing constructive feedback and helping maintain overall quality of the team's output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in visual/graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency setup.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus) and working familiarity/interest in AI-based design tools.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: layout, grid systems, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- A robust portfolio showcasing campaign work for brands, especially digital-first creatives (social ads, performance creatives, carousels, web banners, emailers, etc.).
- High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for pushing creative excellence within practical constraints (timelines, formats, performance goals).
- Ability to interpret briefs, understand client business objectives and target audiences, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
