Job Title - Senior Graphic Designer (2D)

Location - Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Salary - 10 to 12 LPA

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Industry - Events preferred, Have attached some sample profiles that have worked

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality graphic designs across digital and print platforms that align with project goals, client branding, and creative benchmarks, ensuring a visually cohesive and impactful brand experience.

Key Responsibilities / Accountability:

• Concept Development & Visual Ideation

Translate creative briefs into compelling design concepts by understanding brand messaging, target audiences, and communication objectives across formats.

• Multi-format Design Execution

Design high-quality visual assets such as event collaterals, posters, invites, logos, digital mailers, static videos, signage, branding, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines. • Collaborative Ideation & Concept Building

Work closely with the creative, content, and business teams to brainstorm visual concepts, contribute to campaign themes, and present design directions.

• File Management & Delivery Readiness

Maintain organized source files, version control, and prepare print- and screen-ready outputs as per technical specifications.

• Feedback Integration & Iteration

Incorporate team and client feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines, preserving the integrity of the original creative concept.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent

5–7 years of relevant design experience in event, advertising, or creative agencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus

Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format creative work

Timely delivery of creatives across projects

Brand alignment and innovation in visual storytelling

Efficient coordination with cross-functional teams
