Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead feature development within the team, writing exemplary GoLang code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
- Propose and implement software architecture designs, abstracting reusable patterns.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems.
- Debug complex system issues and assist in escalations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Manager to deliver a prioritized roadmap.
