Senior Golang Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to design and enhance scalable backend services for FLYR OOMS
• products
• The role combines hands on Golang engineering with technical ownership POC development continuous
• improvement database optimization cloud native delivery and support for reliable production services
• Roles Responsibilities
• Design develop and maintain backend product features and services using Golang
• Design and optimize database structures and queries using Google Spanner
• Build and support REST APIs microservices and event driven integrations
• Ensure availability reliability and performance through sound engineering practices
• Work with DevOps teams on CI CD automation and infrastructure as code
• Anchor proof of concept development to validate proposed solutions and reduce technical risk
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for code quality and productivity
• Support monitoring production troubleshooting documentation estimates and knowledge sharing
• Apply LLM and agentic workflow practices within the SDLC
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 5 years as a Backend Developer including 3 years as a Golang Developer
• Strong SQL database REST API and microservices knowledge
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes cloud native technologies and CI CD pipelines
• Experience supporting high load high uptime production services and Agile Scrum delivery
