Key Responsibilities:

• Governance and Communication Infosys Program management framework and methodology Large Deal Program Management process Large Deal Transition process Legal and Contractual compliance Organization Change Management Program Performance Management Program scientific estimation Program value delivery Risk Management Stakeholder Management Experience in understanding all aspects of the RFP RFI including solution requirements deal parameters and commercials
• Experience in multiple engagement and pricing models FP T M Unit pricing Gain sharing Risk Reward Outcome based pricing
• Good knowledge of market benchmarks effort estimation productivity continuous improvements SLA s pricing
• Experience in working with Third Party Advisory TPA firms
• Should have experience in both sales and delivery functions
• Experience ability to manage internal stake holders CXO s SOH s DAG et al
• throughout the bid process
• Experience in engaging with the client TPA during Yellow Pads Q A sessions Orals Client visits
• A self starter having the ability to work with little or no guidance
