Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
MLOps & Deployment:
Experience with model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and versioning.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI solutionsfrom use-case identification to production deployment.
Design and implement LLM-based architectures, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning strategies, and agent-based systems.
Drive data strategy for structured and unstructured data used in GenAI solutions.
Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
Define model evaluation metrics, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and provide technical leadership.
Review model designs, code, and AI workflows to ensure quality and scalability.
Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI research, and apply them pragmatically.
