What You'll Do
We are hiring a Senior Generalist- HRBP to play a pivotal role in advancing the people agenda at Eaton. This is a critical hire responsible for partnering with business leaders to deliver a strong talent pipeline, effective leadership capability, and operational excellence. The role uniquely blends strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, and People operations. As a trusted advisor, you will translate business priorities into impactful people strategies while strengthening a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned to Eaton's values and the Eaton Business System (EBS). This position will also include responsibility of an HR Business partner for a team of 500+ employees to meet functional and corporate objectives, support respective teams for establishing and maintaining right environment and culture, assess organizational effectiveness, partner on talent acquisition, development, and retention plans.
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted HR Partner to leaders and employees to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role clarity, and change management initiatives.
- Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, and complex employee relations matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and convert engagement insights into measurable, actionable interventions.
- Ensure compliance of human resources activities with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coach leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and accountability.
- Deliver on other projects as assigned based on business needs.
- Coach managers & supervisors to assist in their issue resolutions, professional development and team effectiveness.
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, policy deployment, employee lifecycle management, and audits.
- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and separations in compliance with statutory and company guidelines.
- Lead continuous improvement and become a change agent across your area of responsibility
- Identify high-potential talent and partner with leaders on development, readiness, and retention strategies.
- Lead and enable a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including induction programs and early employee integration to drive faster productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted interventions including coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs.
- Track and analyze talent metrics such as attrition, diversity, bench strength, and internal mobility to drive data-based decisions
- Lead employee onboarding and integration programs to ensure a seamless new hire experience and faster productivity.
- Drive campus hiring initiatives including planning, stakeholder coordination, selection processes, and onboarding of campus talent.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, talent management, and HR operations.

- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
