Job Description: Sr. GM – Franchise Operated Business Program
Role Overview
HomeLane is scaling its FOFO (Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated) business as a core growth engine. The Sr. General Manager – FOFO Program will lead the end-to-end FOFO operating model, with a clear mandate to strengthen governance, eliminate structural leakages, and build a scalable, high-performance franchise ecosystem. This role will act as the single-point leader for all FOFO program charters, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency, productivity, and customer experience across the FOFO network.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and evolve the FOFO operating framework, ensuring clarity of roles, controls, and execution discipline across franchisees.
● Lead initiatives to identify and plug leakages across the FOFO lifecycle—from lead handling and sales to delivery and post-handover.
● Drive revenue productivity and conversion effectiveness across FOFO studios through process simplification and enablement.
● Own Lead acquisition for FOFO business across offline and online channels.
● Build strong franchisee governance and engagement mechanisms, including performance tracking, reviews, and tiering frameworks.
● Lead training, capability building, and enablement programs for dealers, designers, and sales teams in partnership with internal academies.
● Strengthen customer experience and service consistency across FOFO, in collaboration with Care, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
● Act as the central coordination point across Category, Marketing, Retail, Tech, and Operations for all FOFO-related initiatives.
● Build and mentor a high-performing FOFO program team with clear ownership and accountability.
