Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior General Manager located in Abroad. The Senior General Manager will oversee the operational and strategic activities of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role necessitates collaborating across departments to drive growth and achieve business objectives efficiently.

• In-depth knowledge of immigration processes, visa consultancy, and industry regulations
• Proven experience in business management, operations, and process improvement
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in organizational and decision-making skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar field; additional certifications in immigration consultancy are a plus
• Experience in client-oriented industries or immigration/consultancy sectors is highly desirable
