We are hiring an experienced Senior GenAI Data Scientist with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), LLaMA, Agentic AI, and advanced Machine Learning solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for large-scale, fragmented, and unstructured enterprise datasets.

Important: This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working on a third-party payroll arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions

• Build robust Python-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering

• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

• Fine-tune Large Language Models and optimize embeddings for improved model performance

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI orchestration frameworks

• Work with large databases, data warehouses, and ambiguous multi-source enterprise data

• Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Azure cloud using MLOps best practices

• Conduct experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with engineering teams for model productionization, deployment, and monitoring

• Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven optimization

• Ensure Responsible AI, LLM security, prompt engineering, and governance best practices

Required Qualification

• 8+ years of Data Science / AI / Machine Learning experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (GPT / Gemini / LLaMA)
• Strong hands-on Agentic AI implementation experience
• Deep experience with RAG architectures
• Prompt Engineering expertise
• Python, PySpark, SQL, T-SQL
• Big Data technologies (Spark / Hadoop)
• LangChain / HuggingFace / OpenAI APIs
• Azure cloud ecosystem (Databricks / Azure ML Studio / Azure Foundry)
• AWS Bedrock exposure
• MLOps / CI-CD / GitHub Actions
• Containerization experience
• LLM security & Responsible AI practices

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on GenAI and Agentic AI implementation experience

• Leadership experience managing AI / Data Science teams

• Notice period within 30 days

• Comfortable with Contract-to-Hire employment model
