Spectral Consultants is Hiring: Generative AI Developer - Lead role for Gurugram and Pune locations.

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer to join our team and build innovative AI-powered solutions using the latest LLM and GenAI technologies.

Experience: 8–11 Years

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python & Generative AI

• Expertise in LLMs, OpenAI/GPT & Hugging Face

• Strong experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Hands-on experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex

• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms

• Knowledge of Git, Terraform & DevOps

• Understanding of Full Stack / MERN development

• Strong exposure to NLP, Machine Learning & large-scale datasets

• Experience in LLM optimization/fine-tuning is an advantage

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy scalable GenAI and LLM-based applications

• Build RAG-based AI solutions and intelligent applications

• Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability

• Work with cloud platforms and DevOps practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions

• Explore and implement emerging GenAI technologies

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
