We are looking for Senior GCP Data ETL Engineers to support a large-scale data transformation initiative focused on strengthening risk controls and improving enterprise reporting. The role involves building and optimizing scalable ETL pipelines using Cloud Data Fusion, BigQuery, and SQL, integrating multiple trusted data sources into a centralized GCP data warehouse to deliver high-quality, compliant, and reliable datasets.
We are looking for engineers who can help digitize and automate risk and governance reporting, standardize data models, and enable dashboards and visual insights for business and risk teams. This role supports the next phase of platform expansion, working in a hybrid delivery model to increase development capacity, improve data performance, and deliver actionable insights at scale.
Your tasks
- Designing and developing scalable ETL pipelines using GCP, Cloud Data Fusion, BigQuery, and SQL
- Integrating, transforming, and validating data from multiple trusted sources into a centralized data warehouse
- Automating data processing workflows to support standardized reporting, dashboards, and risk metrics
- Optimizing data models, queries, and performance to ensure reliable, high-quality, and actionable insights
Requirements
- Strong experience with GCP services, especially Cloud Data Fusion and BigQuery
- Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, optimization, and analytics
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments
- Ability to work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability
