We're hiring GCP Cloud Engineers to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This is a hands-on Cloud Engineering / DevOps role focused on GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD and cloud automation.

Role Overview

• Design, architect, deploy and maintain GCP cloud infrastructure

• Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform and automation

• Deploy, manage and optimize workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

• Work with Docker and Helm for containerized microservices deployments

• Configure and manage GCP Load Balancers for high availability and scalability

• Deploy and manage applications using Cloud Run and Cloud Functions

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform, Bash and PowerShell

• Implement security and compliance checks within DevOps workflows

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability and cost efficiency

• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and deployment issues

MUST-HAVE

• 4+ years of Cloud Engineering experience, with a strong focus on GCP

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP

• GKE / Kubernetes experience

• GCP services including Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL and Cloud Functions

• Strong understanding of GKE Networking

• Hands-on Docker and Helm experience

• Experience with Cloud Run

• Experience with Cloud Load Balancers

• Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Hands-on Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation

• Strong scripting/automation skills using Python, Bash or PowerShell

• Understanding of cloud security, IAM and compliance

• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation, scalability and production environments

GCP & Kubernetes Focus

Strong hands-on experience in the following areas is particularly important:

• GKE cluster management and optimization

• Auto-scaling and rolling updates

GIS / Geospatial & Mapping Experience

Experience with GIS/Geospatial or Mapping/Location-Based Applications will be given preference.

Relevant experience could include:

• GIS / Geospatial data

• Mapping applications or mapping APIs

• Latitude / longitude and coordinates

• Geocoding / reverse geocoding

• GeoJSON / spatial data

• Location-based applications

• Spatial databases or queries

• Location analytics

IMPORTANT

This is a hands-on Cloud Engineering role.

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge of GCP or candidates who have primarily worked on cloud coordination/governance without significant hands-on implementation are not the target profile.
