Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Manager at Namrata Joshipura in Noida, Sector 4

The Senior Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, streamline processes for efficiency, manage production schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.

STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF FABRICS

Managing a team of junior production merchandisers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in production management, operations, and quality control
• Experience in coordinating production schedules and managing timelines
• Knowledge of process optimization and efficiency improvement strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
