Senior Gaming Motion Graphic Designer

Now, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior 2D & 3D Motion Graphic Designer to craft visually stunning, performance-driven content through a blend of motion design, cinematic flair, and innovative effects.

As a Senior 2D & 3D Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing game concepts, product ideas, and narrative sequences to life through high-impact motion design. You'll work across a variety of visual styles from sleek UI animation and typography to dynamic character VFX and cinematic 3D shots optimized for performance marketing and in-game cinematics alike.

This role requires a deep understanding of After Effects, a strong grip on 3D workflows using Blender or Cinema 4D, and the creative range to ideate, design, and animate for fast-paced projects with quick iteration cycles.

• Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics across digital campaigns, game trailers, paid social ads, and experimental formats.
• Translate creative briefs and scripts into engaging animated content with a clear narrative arc and stylistic clarity.
• Craft transitions, effects, overlays, and compositions that push visual boundaries while remaining performance-friendly.
• Integrate 3D models, textures, and lighting for short-form cinematic sequences and stylized VFX shots.
• Collaborate with video editors, art directors, and strategists to align motion execution with creative goals and target metrics.
• Work within fast turnaround cycles, balancing rapid iteration with high production polish.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Runway ML, EbSynth, Kaiber, Pika, etc.) to enhance workflows or speed up style exploration.
• Stay current with visual trends, ad aesthetics, and emerging animation techniques in the gaming and digital creative landscape.

Must Have:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro

3D Requirements (one or more):

• Blender
• Cinema 4D

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Illustrator
• 3ds Max, Houdini (optional exposure)
• AI creative tools (Runway, Kaiber, Pika, Kling ai, etc.)

• 46 years of experience as a motion graphic designer, with hands-on work across both 2D and 3D formats.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, with strong command over animation curves, expressions, VFX presets, and compositing.
• Solid experience in 3D software (Blender or Cinema 4D) including camera movements, shading, lighting, rigging (basic), and rendering for motion sequences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of 2D and 3D motion projects, especially for gaming, entertainment, or advertising.
• Familiarity with game genres, visual tropes, and the psychology of what captures player attention.
• Excellent visual storytelling, timing, rhythm, and typographic skills.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools and automation into your workflow when relevant.
• Strong communication, ownership of deliverables, and ability to work in an iterative, collaborative setup.

This role is strictly for professionals with proven experience in 2D and 3D motion design, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a must. Familiarity with either Blender or Cinema 4D is also required. Applications without these qualifications will not be considered.
