Senior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

• Lead the development and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
• Design and implement integrations between Fusion HCM and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and support to end-users and functional consultants.
• Mentor and guide junior technical consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
