Senior/ Fundraising & Donor Management Executive

Role Overview

Support the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives and donor engagement activities to advance the organisation's mission and sustainability. The role covers fundraising campaigns, donor communications, records management and related administration.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Project Management

• Support fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives.
• Assist with sponsorship proposals and fundraising materials.
• Coordinate fundraising licence applications, appeals and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with donors, sponsors and partners on monetary and in-kind contributions.
• Maintain donor and donation records and prepare fundraising reports.
• Analyse fundraising data to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
• Research donor prospects, sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
• Support matching grant applications and post-project reporting.

Donor Management & Administration

• Process incoming donations, conduct basic due diligence and administer online donation platforms.
• Work with Finance on donation receipting and reconciliation.
• Prepare donation appeals, funding proposals and donor correspondence.
• Support donor stewardship and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor database records.

Other Duties

• Support budget planning and departmental administration.
• Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations or event coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with donor management systems or fundraising platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of fundraising compliance and reporting requirements.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
