Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Investment Operations professional to support post–US market hour deliverables with a focus on daily reconciliation, NAV support, and middleoffice operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience in Enfusion, with exposure to Kayenta considered an advantage. The role demands accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently with global teams under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities and Skills:
Reconciliation Support
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliation across custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems.
• Identify, research, and resolve breaks related to holdings, transactions, and cash movements.
• Ensure timely signoff of reconciliations and maintain exception logs for operational oversight.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, brokers, and administrators to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain high data integrity across systems by ensuring accurate and complete data flow. NAV Support
• Support daily and periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate pricing, corporate actions, accruals, and trades that impact NAV.
• Perform control checks, variance analysis, and ensure all components of NAV are validated before final release.
Others
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Enfusion
• Experience in Kayenta (preferred, not mandatory)
• Solid understanding of cash/position reconciliation, trade lifecycle, and NAV components
• Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, exception reporting, etc.)
• Ability to work post–US market hours
• Strong analytical thinking, problemsolving ability, and attention to detail
Education:
• Masters(preferred)/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
