Role: Senior Functional Tester Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Work From Home (5 Days)
Compensation: 1 LPM (Lakh Per Month)
Shift: 10 PM – 7 AM
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Week Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Tester with strong expertise in functional testing, API validation, SQL, Salesforce / Experience Cloud, and Healthcare domain knowledge. The ideal candidate brings strong QA fundamentals, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Core QA & Testing
- Strong understanding of STLC and QA processes
- Expertise in testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery model
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Release Validation, Defect Management, and Test Case Design & Management
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of API Testing and SQL / Data Validation
- Experience with QA design techniques and quality mindset
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud
Domain Expertise
- Healthcare domain experience preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA, Consent Management, and Validation processes
AI & Automation Exposure
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA approaches and automation concepts/tools
- Strong analytical and data validation thinking
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Client handling experience
- Team handling / mentoring experience
- Automation testing exposure
- Performance testing knowledge
