The IS&AI team will equip businesses, markets and functions with process and capabilities to develop, market, sell and deliver solutions to solve the needs of our customers, ensuring consistency, scalability and industry best practices. This strategic program will be a step-change in the value we are able to deliver to our customers

You are a part of the Intelligent Systems & AI organization. Closely collaborating with business, markets and transformation teams part of Accelerate! Program, driving sustainable improvement of software supply chain, operations, pricing, sales, delivery & install base management capabilities across Philips.

In this role, you have the opportunity to make your contribution to the solutions transformation in Philips. As a Servicenow Functional Consultant, you have a broad audience in the business and markets organization with a specific focus on Software Delivery & Service enablement. You will contribute to standardization and scalability of software supply chain, SW Service & operations, delivery, entitlement mgmt., install base management processes and functionality

You are responsible for

  • Lead POCs, requirement refining with Product Managers, Process experts and Architects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional specifications and user stories.
  • Provide consulting and advisory services on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Support workshops, discovery sessions, and process assessments.
  • Work closely with technical architects, Process Experts and Product Managers to ensure successful solution delivery.u00A0
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and sell alternative solutional which still meet business need and minimize customization.
  • Support UAT activities, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise governance standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 6-10 years industry experience with university degree desirable in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience
  • Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, CMDB & Discovery, CSDM and Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Problem & Change Management.
  • Experience in Software Service and Customer Operations, Install base mgmt. in global and multi-region setting, in combination with E2E process knowhow and technology-based solution mindset.
  • Functional Skills - Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Mapping. Gap Analysis, Workflow Design, Solution Consulting, Stakeholder Management, User Story Creation, UAT Coordination, Documentation & Training
  • Technical Understanding - ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting & Dashboards, Basic scripting knowledge preferred
  • Professional demeanor and strong communications skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence other senior colleagues
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

Qualifications & Certification

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience with significant experience in ServiceNow consulting.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
  • Experience working in global delivery models and enterprise environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Professional
  • ServiceNow CAD or CTA (preferred)

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
