Responsibilities
- Resolve SAP VIM tickets and change requests promptly
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business requirements
- Customize and optimize SAP VIM features including invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting
- Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems to ensure data accuracy
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure efficient SAP VIM operation
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP VIM features and troubleshooting
- Monitor industry trends and implement SAP VIM system upgrades and enhancements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides related to SAP VIM
- Lead small teams to deliver support and project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM
- Strong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and accounts payable best practices
- Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- SAP VIM certification highly preferred
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
