Experience in application and workflow customization including configuration and Administration
Proficiency in customization of page layouts, setting up approval processes, sound knowledge of custom application development, data migration and cleanup, setting advance fields such as custom field, dependent pick lists, validation rules, workflow sharing rules, alerts, security and sharing rules at object and record level, setting up user profiles and permissions, setting up organizational hierarchy
Proficient is setting up reports and dashboards as per business requirements
Sound experience in using data loader for insert/update/delete
