- BE/B. Tech/MCA with master's in governance / public policy / management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SLA and KPI monitoring frameworks
- Conduct governance audits, compliance reviews and performance grading
- Develop SOPs, process maps and governance templates (BPR, FRS, SRS etc.)
- Coordinate with Departments and SI
- Prepare actionable recommendations for senior management reviews
Relevant Exposure
- Assessing performance monitoring systems
- PMU / Third Party Audit assignments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
