EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

We are strongly seeking candidates with a finance-oriented background, along with hands-on experience in NetSuite / ERP consulting or as a Business Analyst in ERP environments. CA / CMA / Finance graduates with strong corporate exposure are also encouraged to apply

Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting (Core Expertise)

• Lead and support implementation of NetSuite Financial Modules, including:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets

• Cash & Bank Management

• Revenue Recognition

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Intercompany Accounting & Consolidation

• Multi-currency and Multi-subsidiary accounting

• Translate statutory accounting, management accounting, and reporting requirements into NetSuite configurations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

• Design chart of accounts, financial structures, and period close processes

Desirable Skillset:

Finance & Domain:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)

• Ability to translate business requirements into into NetSuite configurations

• Act as the functional point of contact during the project

Consulting & Client:

• Confident in leading client discussions, workshops, and UAT sessions

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Personal Attributes:

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and project delivery

• Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment

Candidate Prerequisites:

• Experience in financial modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting) is a significant advantage
• Prior involvement in NetSuite end-to-end implementations, customizations, or integrations is preferred
• NetSuite/ BA Candidates: 3-5 years of consulting experience, with expertise in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and direct client interaction.
• CA/ CMA Candidates: Articleship+minimum 1 year of post articleship experience (exposure to international client management will be a plus)
• NetSuite certification is a plus; extensive experience in NetSuite implementation, customization, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with proven problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
