Job Description
Summary of Role
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you are the essential bridge between complex business requirements and the technical power of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. You will lead client engagements to translate contract management processes into robust technical solutions—configuring workflows, templates, and business rules that drive operational excellence.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Lead System Configuration: Execute the end-to-end implementation of CLM tools, focusing on deep customization to align the system with specific client objectives.
- Architect Workflows: Collaborate with clients to map existing contract processes and provide expert recommendations for automation and optimization within the tool.
- Master Documentation: Gather requirements to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Designs, User Stories, and Test Cases.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a hands-on expert using Jira and Lucidchart to identify issues, provide workarounds, and manage customer interactions on-site or remotely.
- Testing & Deployment: Support functional testing, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the transition to Production (PROD) environments.
- Define Specifications: Translate high-level business needs into granular technical specifications for developers and implementation teams.
