total 6+ years of experience in which around5+ years of hands-on software development experience and

Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you'll own projects end-to-end - from architecture and technical decisions to delivery and stakeholder communication - ensuring high-quality software ships on time.
You operate independently on ambiguous, high-impact problems, think across Product, Design, Platform, and Operations, and break complex challenges into incremental roadmaps. You raise engineering quality, mentor others, and create strong delivery culture within your team.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from design to deployment with a shipping-first mindset.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to scope, plan, and execute work.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions with clear trade-offs.
- Identify risks early and create mitigation plans.
- Review code, uphold best practices, and mentor engineers.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure safe, incremental rollouts with monitoring and metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation and improve long-term system quality.
- Influence engineering roadmaps, standards, and practices across the business.
Requirements
Core Experience
- 6+ years in software development with strong system design and architecture skills.
- 1+ year in a technical leadership role (pods or cross-functional teams).
- Experience owning services end-to-end.
- Strong code review, quality, and documentation practices.
- Proven delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
