Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can independently design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across backend development, frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and system design, with experience owning applications in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and Django.

• Build complex frontend applications using React JS and TypeScript.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems.

• Debug issues across application, infrastructure, and database layers.

• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions.

• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Support deployment and operational activities within AWS environments.

• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of production incidents.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

• Experience with Celery, database schema design, and query optimization.

• Strong React JS and TypeScript development experience.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

• Understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability principles.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Experience owning production systems and delivering end-to-end features independently.

• Ability to make technical decisions and drive improvements proactively.
