What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer - FullStack, you'll play a key role in the Engineering team, driving the design and delivery of scalable, highperformance applications across backend and frontend layers. Your work will help shape system architecture, engineering quality, and delivery excellence, while mentor engineers and owning complex technical outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, we value innovation, pragmatic design, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Design, and DevOps to deliver robust endtoend solutions.
  • Architect modular, scalable fullstack solutions with clear API, data, and UI boundaries.
  • Lead technical design and execution for complex business requirements.
  • Drive engineering best practices including code quality, PR discipline, and design reviews.
  • Mentor engineers through pairing, guidance, and structured RCA ownership
  • Optimize performance across the stack (database, APIs, caching, runtime, UI)
  • Ensure secure architectures with rolebased access, logging, and observability
  • Own complete feature delivery from design development testing release readiness.

Must Haves

  • 5 -9 years of handson fullstack engineering experience.
  • Expert knowledge of C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, async programming.
  • Strong experience with Angular for front end technology.
  • Good understanding with Microsoft Azure.
  • Advanced SQL skills including indexing, query tuning, execution plans, and schema design.
  • Experience designing distributed systems, caching strategies, and modular architectures.
  • Strong system design, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, boards, releases)
  • Exposure to microservices, eventdriven systems, or messaging queues.
  • Docker and CI/CD automation experience.
  • Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP).
  • Strong documentation habits and mentorship mindset.
