You are scrappy, hungry, driven, and willing to ship very fast with us as we reimagine real estate video marketing with AI.
What You'll Do:
- Own significant features from ideation, design, implementation, deployment, and optimization
- Build both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django) components
- Drive product decisions through data-driven analysis and user feedback
- Ship fast and iterate - we work in hours and days, not weeks
- Monitor feature performance and continuously optimize for user impact
- Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and technical architecture
Who You Are:
- 4-8 years of full-stack development experience, building and shipping real products used by users
- Expert React (TypeScript) and Python (Django) skills
- High autonomy: you thrive with minimal oversight and maximum ownership.
- Data-driven mindset: you measure success through metrics and user behavior
- Startup velocity: you're hungry, move fast, love shipping quickly, and work 50+ hours weekly (M-F in USA East Coast timezone)
