Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer (Lead) : 12-15 years

We're hiring: Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer (Lead): Twelve to Fifteen years experience

We're looking for a hands-on senior engineer who can own features end to end from a React front end through an ASP.NET Core (.NET 8) API and SQL Server data layer, all the way to deployment on Azure.

This is a build-and-lead role: you'll write production code daily, drive architecture, mentor the team, and act as a key technical point of contact for the client - leading discussions, shaping requirements into solutions, and managing expectations end to end.

What you'll work with:

- Backend: ASP.NET Core (.NET 8), C#, EF Core, Clean Architecture / DDD

- Frontend: React 18 (Vite), JavaScript/JSX, modern component libraries

- Data: SQL Server - schema design, stored procedures, query tuning

- Cloud: Azure App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Service Bus

- Auth: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) via MSAL, JWT, OpenID Connect

- DevOps: Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring

What we're looking for:

- 12 - 15 years building software; 8+ years hands-on C#/.NET (recent .NET 6/8)

- Strong full-stack range across React + ASP.NET Core + SQL Server

- Solid Azure and CI/CD experience

- Secure-coding mindset (OWASP) and strong automated testing habits

- A technical leader who mentors, ships, and communicates directly with clients

Nice to have:

- Fluency with AI coding tools / AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude, Codex, Antigravity, or equivalents) - and the judgment to verify AI output before merge

- Kendo React/Telerik, workflow engines, multi-tenant SaaS, IaC (Bicep/Terraform)
