Scope Of Work
- Involve in UI design, UI logic development, and markup development following web standards and ensuring rich user experience (UX)
- Write Low Level Design (LLD), Unit Testing Plan, and Unit Test Case documentation
- Design, develop, perform code review, bug fixing, and application testing
- Assist in Integration Testing (SIT support)
- Perform code optimization, performance tuning, and strictly adhere to coding standards
- Assist in any documentation or artifacts required for OIS security clearance / compliance
- Participate in SCRUM meetings, Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with onsite & offshore teams
- Ensure timely issue resolution and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Apply Application Security & Data Security compliance aligned with Office Information Security (OIS) policies
- Work in an Agile environment following best practices
- Collaborate with Team Leads for project scheduling, budgeting, work authorization, and delivery coordination
- Analyze, define, and document technical requirements and perform change request impact analysis
- Participate in detailed design discussions and test execution support
- Provide accurate and timely status updates to stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management
- Strong team collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills for managing deliverables, documentation, meeting notes, and presentations

- 8+ years of software development experience (.NET domain)
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft .NET Core 3.1+, C#, and Docker
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS) including:
- ECS (Fargate)
- SNS / SQS
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Step Functions
- AWS Batch
- Strong experience in frontend development using:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- TypeScript
- MVC architecture
- Highcharts (data visualization)
- Experience with ADO.NET and Entity Framework (ORM)
- Strong experience in application performance monitoring and optimization
- Experience in Web Services / REST APIs / OData services
- Understanding of OAuth authentication and configuration
- Experience in configuration management, release management, versioning, and build processes
- Good understanding of Agile / SCRUM methodologies
- Good to have experience in Risk / Portfolio management applications
