PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions — one of North America's largest privately held employer-services companies.
You will own features end to end Angular and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js and Express APIs behind them, data layer underneath. You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and work directly with product and QA. A lot of the interesting work is modernization — a mature payroll engine and a modern cloud stack, being joined together without ever dropping a pay run.
You will need
- 5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript, plus hands-on Node.js
- Real single-page app experience (Angular, React, or Vue)
- REST APIs and microservices with Express
- HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile
- 8+ years total software experience
Nice to have AWS or Azure, legacy modernization, HCM or payroll domain knowledge.
The schedule 600 PM – 300 AM IST, Monday to Friday, for full overlap with our US teams. You work the first four hours from our Noida office and the rest from home — no 300 AM commute. Your mornings and afternoons are genuinely free.
