What we are looking for:

Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You'll join a lean agile team that ships daily, talks to users weekly, and isn't afraid to delete code that no longer serves the product. This isn't a ticket-picking role — you'll co-own product outcomes end-to-end.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: 5-8 years

What You'll do

• Take vague problem statements and turn them into shipped features.
• Own services and flows across the stack from data models to UX.
• Work directly with founders, design, and customers to iterate fast.
• Talk to users weekly and act on what you learn.
• Make architectural decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong frontend skills - React and TypeScript required.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript or equivalent.
• Comfortable designing APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Able to work independently and make decisions without constant direction.
