Job Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Tredence, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that empower retail clients to leverage data-driven insights. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, robust, and user-friendly software solutions that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to bring AI-driven analytics into practical use. This role is critical in advancing our commitment to operational excellence and innovation within the retail sector.

What will your role look like
- Design, develop, and implement full stack applications using ReactJS, Redux, and Java Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain containerized applications leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment and orchestration.
- Collaborate with product owners and data science teams to integrate AI and analytics capabilities seamlessly into software products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools within the team.

You will need:
- Possess 4 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in full stack software development within the retail or relevant industry.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework for backend development.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of front-end technologies including ReactJS and Redux to build responsive user interfaces.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes adeptly to develop and manage containerized microservices.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a related technical field.
- Communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills:
- Have experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Possess familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Understand fundamentals of data analytics and machine learning integration.
- Have experience in performance tuning and security best practices for web applications.
- Carry certifications in Kubernetes administration or cloud technologies.
