Success in this role means delivering robust, high-quality applications that empower business users and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, blending business analytics and data science with software engineering expertise. What will your role look like - Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask. - Design scalable backend services and APIs to support complex retail analytics workflows. - Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to integrate data-driven models and visualizations. - Build and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and transformation. - Utilize Microsoft Azure services for cloud deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning. - Implement and test RESTful APIs using Postman to ensure robust integration. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support decision-making. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices. You will need: - Demonstrate 4-8 years of experience in full stack software development, with strong expertise in Python, Django, and Flask frameworks. - Apply proficient knowledge of SQL for database design, querying, and optimization. - Employ Microsoft Azure cloud platform services for deploying and managing applications. - Utilize Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation. - Develop data visualizations and reports using PowerBI or equivalent business intelligence tools. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (BTech) or a related technical field. Good to Have Skills: - Apply experience with Python libraries such as NumPy for data processing and manipulation. - Demonstrate familiarity with retail industry workflows and analytics requirements. - Possess knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Exhibit understanding of agile software development methodologies. - Hold relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure or business intelligence platforms.
