Success in this role means delivering high-quality, user-centric applications that drive business outcomes and enable data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to translate complex analytics into actionable software products. Your expertise will contribute to strengthening Tredence's position as a trusted AI and analytics solutions provider. What will your role look like - Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using ReactJS and Node.js to meet business requirements in banking, financial services, and insurance domains. - Build and integrate cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability, security, and performance. - Collaborate with data science teams to implement data visualizations using tools like Google Charts that help translate analytics into insights. - Develop and optimize backend components with Python, Redis, and SQL to ensure efficient data handling and storage. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application quality and user experience. - Write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to best practices in software development and security standards. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous learning culture within the team. You will need: - Possess 4 to 8 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and Node.js. - Demonstrate solid experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure and services to develop and deploy applications. - Apply proficiency in Python programming and backend development frameworks. - Utilize knowledge of Redis and SQL databases for effective data caching and storage solutions. - Show experience in creating dynamic visualizations using Google Charts or similar libraries. - Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Good to Have Skills: - Experience working in the BFSI domain or familiarity with its regulatory and operational environments. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools for project management and collaboration. - Certifications related to AWS cloud or full stack development.
