Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead –Python

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-8+ years of experience

-Strong Python‑centric backend engineering foundation with hands‑on full stack experience

-Proven experience as a hands‑on technical lead (beyond coordination or advisory roles)

-Solid understanding of system integrations and end‑to‑end application architecture

-Experience collaborating closely with Data Science teams

-Strong knowledge of cloud‑based application architectures (AWS)

-Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and production environments

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Mindset focused on leaving systems more maintainable and resilient
