Senior Full Stack Engineer

Software Developer (.NET) – 3 to 7 Years

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Software Developer with 3–7 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, jQuery, and SQL Server, along with the ability to independently own feature development, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. Experience with React and .NET Core will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions following SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases including stored procedures, indexing, query tuning, and schema design.
• Build and maintain dynamic front-end interfaces using jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3; contribute to React components where applicable.
• Own feature modules from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement full-stack optimizations.
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs, internal microservices, and external data sources.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture design, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC (routing, filters, middleware, model binding, view rendering).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
• Proficiency in jQuery (AJAX, promises, plugins, DOM manipulation).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (complex queries, transactions, indexing, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns (Repository, Factory, CQRS, etc.).
• Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Familiarity with Git workflows (Git Flow or trunk-based).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience with React.js (components, hooks, state management).
• Exposure to ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, Moq).
• Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Awareness of application security practices (OWASP, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
