As NXGEN continues to grow and expand, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to building and enhancing our technology platform. This role requires working night shifts, supporting our global operations and ensuring continuous platform performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development: Design and implement dynamic, responsive UIs using React.js, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Back-End Development: Develop robust APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance.
- API Integration: Integrate internal and third-party APIs to extend application functionality.
- Version Control: Use Git for source code management and team collaboration.
- Deployment: Deploy and maintain web applications on cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality features.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with modern MERN stack trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional full stack development experience, with strong emphasis on MERN stack technologies.
- Availability: Willingness and ability to work night shifts as part of the role requirements.
- Front-End: Proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Database: Expertise in MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based collaboration workflows.
- API Integration: Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
