Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development
    • Design and implement responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, React Native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Develop robust back-end services using Java Spring Boot, Python, Node.JS
    • Create and optimize databases (MongoDB, SQL) and APIs for scalability
  • Cloud & Deployment
    • Build and deploy solutions on AWS and leverage cloud-native services
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
  • Agile Delivery
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
    • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time
  • Quality & Security
    • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability
    • Implement security best practices and compliance standards
  • Innovation & AI Integration
    • Contribute to GenAI and AI/ML-driven solutions for digital engagement
    • Work on emerging technologies to support strategic initiatives

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Experience building/consuming REST APIs (and understanding HTTP, JSON, status codes)
  • Working knowledge of databases: SQL (preferred) and/or NoSQL ability to write queries and understand schema design
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews)
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework (eg, Nodejs/Express, Java/Spring)
  • Proficiency with front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React/Angular)
  • Proven basic testing skills (unit/integration tests) and debugging/troubleshooting ability
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and clear written/verbal communication

Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), AI/ML concepts, and Agile methodologies
