About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across backend and frontend development, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and hands-on Linux administration experience.
You will work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and designers to build secure, high-performance SaaS applications. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end—from system design and backend development to frontend implementation and deployment.
Experience with AI technologies is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Go, Python, and React.
- Architect and build secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.
- Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Build microservices and distributed systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience using Go and Python.
- Strong frontend development experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including shell scripting, process management, networking basics, system monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Pub/Sub.
- Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.
- Experience with observability tools, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance profiling.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is an advantage.
AI Experience (Preferred)
While not mandatory, experience with AI technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating applications with AI services or LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is desirable.
